Deposit

A deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellations

Guests are reminded that a booking is a legally binding contract. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is not refundable unless we can re-let the accommodation We will make all reasonable efforts to re-let the accommodation, but if this fails, guests are respectfully reminded that they are liable for the loss incurred by the hotel.

All reservations cancelled less than fourteen days prior to arrival may be charged at the room rate applicable, unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let.

We strongly recommend you insure against the possibility of cancellation.

Payments

Payment can be made by debit/credit card or cash on the day of departure. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Maestro and Solo.

Family Rooms
Family rooms may be let without full occupancy.

Lost Keys
Lost keys are charged at £20.

Breakages

Please report all breakages to reception. If you leave the guest house without reporting breakages then the Hotel reserves the right to invoice a guest following departure.

Smoking

At the request of our guests we are a NO SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT.

Special Needs

When enquiring about accommodation, please tell us of any special needs or requirements you may have so that we may advise on the suitability of the rooms we offer.

Pets
We are sorry but we cannot accept any pets. Guide dogs are accepted by prior arrangement.

Arrival/Departure times

Arrival time is by prior arrangement - usually 2pm

Check out time is 10.30 am on day of departure.
